Terms of Use
Effective Date: June 10, 2026 · Last Updated: June 10, 2026
Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the website, services, or SMS communications provided by Commitle ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, or opting into SMS communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing commitle.com or any related Commitle web property, or by submitting a contact form, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Commitle.
2. Services
Commitle provides custom software development, AI integration, SaaS product development, technical consulting, and AI-powered SMS automation services to businesses. Service terms specific to any engagement are governed by a separate written agreement or Statement of Work executed between you and Commitle.
The information presented on our website is for general informational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes a guarantee of specific results, timelines, or outcomes.
3. SMS Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC)
3.1 Consent to Receive SMS Messages
By checking the SMS consent checkbox on any Commitle contact or inquiry form, you expressly consent to receive automated SMS text messages from Commitle at the mobile phone number you provide. These messages may include:
- Responses to your inquiry and follow-up communications
- Appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates
- Information about Commitle services relevant to your inquiry
- Transactional updates related to any ongoing engagement
3.2 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the nature of your inquiry and your level of engagement with our services. You may receive multiple messages in connection with a single inquiry or project phase.
3.3 Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to all SMS communications. Commitle is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier in connection with SMS messages.
3.4 Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Commitle at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. Upon receiving your STOP request, we will send a single confirmation message and will cease sending further SMS messages to that number, unless you subsequently opt back in. Opting out of SMS communications does not affect your ability to use our services or receive communications via other channels (email, phone calls).
3.5 Help
For help with SMS communications, reply HELP to any SMS message from Commitle, or contact us directly at info.commitle@gmail.com.
3.6 No Condition of Purchase
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service or product from Commitle. You may engage Commitle's services without opting into SMS communications.
3.7 A2P 10DLC Compliance
All SMS communications sent by Commitle on its own behalf, and all SMS automation systems built for clients, operate on carrier-registered A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code) infrastructure in compliance with CTIA guidelines, The Campaign Registry (TCR) standards, and applicable Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) requirements. Commitle maintains active campaign registrations with all major US carriers and does not engage in unsolicited bulk messaging.
4. User Obligations
You agree not to:
- Use our website or services for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from our website without prior written consent
- Use any automated means to access, scrape, or index our website without permission
5. Intellectual Property

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COMMITLE AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE, SERVICES, OR SMS COMMUNICATIONS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
In no event shall Commitle's total aggregate liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to Commitle in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Commitle and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Changes to These Terms
Commitle reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
